Tatjana Jercog graduated in piano at the G. Tartini conservatory in Trieste under the guidance of Prof. Xenja Brass. She attended courses in musical interpretation with Prof. Laura Palmieri and later enrolled at the European Conservatory of Paris in the class of Maestro Igor Lazko, where, in 1997, she obtained the Diplôme du maitrice.

He also attended several courses in both solo and chamber piano music in Italy, France, Slovenia, Switzerland and Germany. In 2003 she graduated with full marks in Music Didactics and in 2009 she obtained her diploma in Composition under the guidance of M ° Fabio Nieder at the G. Tartini conservatory in Trieste.

He has participated, obtaining brilliant results in various competitions in Slovenia, Spain, Italy and France. She has performed as a soloist, in chamber ensembles and as a soloist with the orchestra in several states.

Tatjana has often recorded for RAI Radio Trst A, Radio Koper-Capodistria and, in 2002, she recorded a CD with music by Nieder, Schonberg, Berg, Busoni and Brahms for Realsound. The CD was awarded top marks for sound and interpretation in Piano News magazine.
He currently teaches piano and works as assistant to the director of the Koper Music School (Slovenia).

Since 2008 she has been the artistic director of the Koper Biennial of Contemporary Music and is active as an organizer of musical events within the Koper Association of Friends of Music.
